Creative Wellness Day, 25th Nov 2024, 10-4
Kitty Billings and Rebecca Tantony are coming together to curate a day for you and your creative wellness. A moment to pause, a moment to renew, a moment to reflect. Through movement and writing, we will explore all the ways we can nurture ourselves and our creative selves. Starting with a fluid and calming yoga class, followed by a guided creative writing session, where we will lean into language as a tool to understand our creative expression. The afternoon will include other forms of creative expression through writing and exploring techniques to renew the nervous system, resetting after stress and recharging our capacity to create. These sessions are accessible to all, no prior yoga experience is required. There will be no pressure to share your writing with the group, but if you would like, the opportunity will be there.
