A Recipe For Solo Isolation

Living alone during lockdown has been both confronting and illuminating for me. Deeply uncomfortable in moments, profoundly revealing in others, mostly it’s been navigating those daily unknowns alongside you all.

 
 
Solo Isolation
 

I was commissioned by The Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival to write about my experience of solo isolation. So I created a series of short stories and poems documenting the journey. If you fancy a read it’s a few pages long and goes down best with a vodka lime soda and a dance-party heart. Or a morning coffee and the first promise of light.
